About Dambulla
Dambulla is a town in southern Sri Lanka. It is situated at a major junction and serves as the main center of vegetable distribution throughout the island. Its population is around 35,000, with a large tourist population during the peak season. It is also known for its Buddhist cave temple complex – one of the best preserved complexes in the country.
